"This was an excellent property, and I would happily stay here during my next Paris visit. The location was perfect; located in the 2nd, the Metro stop was (literally) across the street, Rue Montorgueil (which is a FANTASTIC walking street) was nearby, as was Le Marais. In addition, there is a Monoprix store (i.e. a French "Target" store) within a 2 minute walk (around the corner). The property itself is clean and comfortable, if not overly spacious. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. We used the sofa-bed for our kids (total of 8 of us). The elevator was small but reliable. Beautiful art and decorations. Located on the corner of two major streets, the apartment has an excellent view. Working with the owner/manager was easy. I got clear directions of how to access the keys, how to check-out, etc. No surprises, all straight-forward, very reliable and prompt."

"Laundry doesn’t really dry effectively but there’s a laundromat a 2 minute walk. We had a flight cancellation and missed the first half of our stay. Property was not willing to extend and discount but that’s in keeping with the policies."
